Professor Ian Jacobs BA, MA, MBBS, MD, FRCOG
A world leader in the field of Ovarian Cancer Screening, Professor Jacobs has over 20 years experience as a clinical specialist and researcher in the field. A leader in the NHS and University sectors, he directs a large laboratory and clinical research programme and has published over 200 scientific papers in this area.
The UKCTOCS study, directed by Professor Jacobs, is the largest study of ovarian cancer screening in the world.

Dr. Adam Rosenthal BSc (Hons), MB BS, PhD, MRCOG
Dr. Rosenthal is one of the UK’s most experienced ovarian cancer screening experts, with over a decade of specialisation in the field. He combines a career as a gynaecologist and oncologist with research in familial ovarian cancer screening and the molecular biology of gynaecological cancer.
As Clinical Lead on the UK Familial Ovarian Cancer Screening Study (UKFOCSS) Dr. Rosenthal plays a key role in the world's largest study of screening for women at high risk of ovarian cancer.

Shahina Mohamed
Shahina has managed work in the field of Ovarian Cancer for more than 14 years.
As personal assistant to Professor Jacobs, Shahina has detailed knowledge of the practical and organisational aspects of ovarian cancer screening, the research programme and the UKCTOCS screening programme.
For over 10 years Shahina has a key role Professor Jacobs’ private practice co-ordinating the centre and ensuring that women attending the centre receive a considerate, personal and efficient service. She has had access to all the latest information and developments in Ovarian Cancer Screening.
As Centre Manager, Shahina is available to discuss personal concerns and queries.
